The hotel had tiny rooms where I felt a bit claustrophobic, but overall, it wasn't bad. The illumination was good, but the room size made it impossible to fully open the door due to the double bed blocking it, and the view of a brick wall wasn't great. I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were always spotless and unusually quiet, which was a great surprise, although being below ground meant a bit of a smoke smell in the morning. The service was top-notch, with staff always willing to help and very friendly. The location was superb, just 200m from Paddington Station and close to Hyde Park and Oxford street.
